Restaurant owners with a 4COP SFS license: Per Order 20-71, you can now sell alcoholic beverage drinks in a “to-go” container for consumption OFF premises. Containers must be sealed, or have an unopened lid. All beverage sales must be made in conjunction with food sales.

All Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation​ license holders: If your license expired March 31st of this year, you have an automatic 30 extension, including alcoholic beverage licenses, which are now extended to April 30th. Active Florida entities: The Florida Department of State Division of Corporations has extended the filing of Annual Reports for all profit corporation, limited liability company, limited partnership or limited liability limited partnership, until 12:01 am on July 1, 2020 before penalty is assessed. For all business owners with sales tax requirements: Florida Department of Revenue​ has extended filing dates for March and April reporting periods, per Order 20-52-DOR-002. We strongly suggest you consult your accountant or CPA for your filing status and requirements.
