Dining rooms are back! With some extra fun steps. Beginning August 31st, dining rooms in Miami-Dade County can open back up at 50% capacity, with no more than six patrons at a table. Outdoor dining is still encouraged with most cities keeping the temporary outdoor permits to 2021. Masks are to be kept on until drinks & food are served, and encouraged when interacting with servers. Locations must keep HVAC systems running continuously along with all doors and windows open, to promote the circulation of fresh air. Bars, breweries, concert halls, banquet halls, and nightclubs are still out of luck. The order is in effect, but check out the new new normal guidelines for details on the new changes and “how to”.
